Position: Sales Manager

Salary: ₹5-6 LPA + Variables

Location: ACROSS NEAR CLUSTER WILL BE ALLOTTED NEAR BY CANDIDATE LOCATION

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive sales operations. The role requires a strong focus on new KYC business acquisition, team management, and delivering on targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New KYC Business Development:

• Drive and manage the acquisition of new KYC business to meet organizational goals.

1. Staff Selection & Training:

• Recruit and select Sales Executives for each branch.
• Conduct on-field training sessions and provide hands-on support to enhance sales habits, communication skills, and productivity.

2.Target Management:

• Allocate, monitor, and deliver assigned targets within specified timelines.
• Ensure high performance by leveraging attractive incentives, rewards, and awards.

3.Travel & Meetings:

• Travel across the cluster to conduct meetings, training sessions, and reviews.
• Eligible for actual TA & DA as per policy.

4 .Market Analysis & Planning:

• Conduct market analysis to identify key result areas.
• Plan and execute sales activities, including defining locations and dates.

5.Staff Reviews:

• Conduct regular reviews of team members to improve the quality and quantity of leads and overall business outcomes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience (preferably in direct sales).
• Strong familiarity with the assigned territory.
• Proficiency in the local language.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
