Mis Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for various business units to track performance against targets.
• Analyze large datasets and provide insights on key business metrics.
• Design and implement automated reporting processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.

Data Management:

• Manage data collection processes, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across various sources.
• Maintain and update reporting tools and databases.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and integrity.

Business Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
• Support the Business Performance team with data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve operational performance.
• Assist in forecasting and budgeting by providing historical data and trend analysis.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Provide ongoing support to the leadership team and stakeholders by preparing customized reports and presentations.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the data reporting processes.
• Ensure reports are aligned with business goals and provide recommendations for improvements in the process.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in  Computers

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in MIS, business performance analysis, or related roles.
• Proven experience working with reporting and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level), with experience in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
• Experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management is a plus.
