Manager- Social Media and Content

• Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, and others, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement. Manage social media campaigns, grow social media community (both organic and paid) and optimize for maximum reach and conversions.
• Website Management: Maintain compelling website content that aligns with brand guidelines and drives traffic by developing new content for web pages, landing pages and product descriptions. Overlook and perform website maintenance on a regular basis, including uploading quarterly results, media, news, PR, etc.
• Brand Strategy and Positioning: Design and implement creative content strategies to increase brand visibility across social media, website, and digital platforms and ensure the alignment of content with business objectives and brand messaging. Propose creative and innovative strategies for marketing to new segments and positioning the brand in the market.
• Driving engagement: Devise new strategies to engage audiences through compelling posts, contests, polis, and interactive content. Put out fresh relatable content that leverages brand ambassadors (Madhuri Dixit and Amitabh Bachchan) and helps grow the community through cross-engagement.
• Content Creation & Editing: Lead content ideation, creation, and editing for, articles, video scripts, social media posts, and newsletters to ensure high-quality, error-free, and engaging material.
• Competition Scoping: Analyze customer behavior and competitor strategies on website and social media to fine-tune content and enhance audience engagement and drive better performance using analytics and insights tools:
• Campaign Management: Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SMS blasts, WhatsApp marketing, social media campaigns, and paid media efforts. Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of campaigns through metrics and performance analysis.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fresh marketing tactics, including influencer collaborations, video marketing, design, etc.

Agency and Partnership Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring they align with the brand's vision and contribute to strategic marketing goals for content creation, media support, and other marketing-related activities.
