Lead - Collection( Insta PL)

Role & responsibilities

• To Drive and manage the collection vertical of Personal Loan
• Manage and ensure delinquency related parameters (Including collections efficiency, roll forward/roll back%, NPA%, bounce rate etc.)
• Create and implement effective collection strategies and lead nationwide collection personnel toward achievement of objectives.
• Plan and execute National level growth-focused strategies to reduce bad debts and delinquencies.
• Prepare budgets for driving the collections.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have Strong analytical, technical and Statistical skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding of financial services and products
• Candidate should have Project Management Skills
• Managed P & L of this business
• Prepared and timely sharing the MIS reports.
• Managed Portfolio for increasing delinquency
• Analyzed data to identify early warning signals
