Job Description
- Currently pursuing Company Secretary program/Qualifieds
- Strong knowledge of the companies Act, SEBI LODR, corporate governance practices and compliance regulations.
- Assist to convene the meetings of the board of directors, committees and shareholders, and the documentation related to the same
- Good communication and drafting skills. •
- Proactive, diligent, and eager to learn
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Duration of the articleship will be in accordance with the Institute of Company secretaries of India (ICSI) guidelines. •
