Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled CyberArk Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, and administration of CyberArk components, including Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and Conjur/DAP. Proficiency in scripting and task automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages is a strong advantage. The role requires flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-call support based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and administer CyberArk components such as Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and Conjur/DAP.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patches to ensure the CyberArk environment is secure and up-to-date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CyberArk components and integrations.
• Develop and maintain scripts for task automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CyberArk with various enterprise applications.
• Monitor and enhance the security posture of privileged accounts through effective CyberArk policies.
• Work on documentation, knowledge sharing, and incident reporting using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Provide on-call support as per the roster and adapt to flexible work hours to meet project needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in installation, configuration, and administration of CyberArk components (Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, Conjur/DAP).
• Strong understanding of privileged access management (PAM) concepts and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting and task automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with tools and practices for documentation and workflow management (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call support as per project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in CyberArk or related PAM technologies.
• Experience in integrating CyberArk with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or similar.
