Job Description: Identity and Access Governance Engineer

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST along with on-call as per roster

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Identity and Access Governance (IAG) Engineer with expertise in delivery and engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IAG tools such as RSA IMG (Aveksa), SailPoint IIQ, or Saviynt, encompassing architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. The role also requires proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and associated tools and a strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement identity and access governance solutions using RSA IMG, SailPoint IIQ, or Saviynt.
• Perform architecture design, development, configuration, and testing of IAG solutions.
• Integrate IAG tools with various enterprise applications and ensure seamless deployment.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Collaborate with teams to manage project workflows using Jira and Confluence.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to deploy and manage IAG solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support as per the project needs.
• Adapt to flexible work hours to meet project timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 7 years of experience in identity and access governance delivery and engineering.
• Proficiency in one or more IAG tools: RSA IMG (Aveksa), SailPoint IIQ, or Saviynt.
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Strong familiarity with project management and collaboration tools: Jira and Confluence.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
• Ability to work in flexible shifts and provide on-call support based on project requirements.
