Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Head Sales at Radio City India, located in Mumbai.

- The Group Head Sales will be responsible for managing sales strategies, account management, team management, and overseeing sales operations.

- This role involves working closely with the sales team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.

Group Head (Team Handling role): Corporate Sales.

Ad sales experience in the Mumbai region is a must.

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Job Location: Kalanagar, Bandra (E)

Time : 10am to 6pm

Working days: Mon-Fri.

Job description:

- To generate revenue for the market through prime time and non-prime time utilization via corporate clients and agencies for FCT (content integration, show sponsorships, local properties, and Web radio).

- To extract business from Delta clients.

- To acquire and negotiate with new retail clients and upgrade existing clients by studying and understanding their requirements and preparing presentations and proposals accordingly.

- To prepare sales reports, including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection reports, monthly sales plans, etc. through competition tracking and market analysis.

- To work closely with the creative team to effectively conceptualize the ad spots as per client requirements.

- To work closely with the collections team to ensure timely collections.
