Project Lead - Networking

Role & responsibilities

• Design, install, and support the organization's network and internet systems.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues and outages.
• Upgrade network systems with new technology and equipment.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and ISPs to resolve network issues.
• Implement security measures to safeguard network systems and data.
• Configure and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and
  VPN.
• Create and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotation for network-related emergencies.
• Providing value adds and suggestions as per the Industry Best Practises and standards.
• To lead the network implementation projects
• To perform network audit for the layer level analysis
• To meet the customers for new business initiatives

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Network Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with networking hardware (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls).
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, DNS).
• Familiarity with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, SNMP)
• Knowledge and Skill in the emerging network technologies like SDWAN, SASE etc
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team or independently
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-learning skills, with the eagerness to stay updated with the latest trends within the networking industry
• BSc or BE or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
