Job Description

The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the marketing team in achieving overall revenue goals. A customer-oriented mindset, strong negotiation skills, and an ability to foster relationships are crucial for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential markets, clients, and business alliances to expand business growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote both existing and new product lines.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing decisions and business strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, etc.) to create proposals, pitches, and marketing collateral.
  • Track and report on business development metrics, ensuring timely updates to senior management regarding sales performance, pipeline, and key outcomes.
  • Ensure consistent market penetration and brand presence in assigned territories.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA in Business Administration with a B-Pharm or equivalent degree.
  • 3-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales goals and business growth.
  • Expertise in product positioning, pricing strategies, and market segmentation.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
