Business Development Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through effective communication with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
  
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and increase revenue growth.
  
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to develop strategies for successful product launches and promotions.
  
• Identify potential partnerships or collaborations that can drive business growth.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field (B2C & B2B).
  
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) or Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharma).
  
• Strong knowledge of pharma marketing principles, including brand management, campaign execution, and digital marketing.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
