Indirect Tax - Partner - Reputed Professional Services Firm

Our client which is a reputed tax advisory firm seeks to expand its Indirect tax team by welcoming CA professionals as Partners. These individuals are expected to contribute extensive knowledge and strong leadership in areas such as GST, VAT, customs, and excise duties. As a Partner, you will manage a portfolio of clients and directly report to the Founder and CEO of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of indirect tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, both domestic and international.
• Expertise in handling complex tax structuring.
• Extensive experience in IDT advisory and Litigation.
• Established track record of managing a diverse client portfolio, including multinational corporations and large domestic enterprises.
• Proficiency in advising clients on cross-border transactions and indirect tax implications of international trade.
• Strong networking skills and a robust professional network.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Strong ability to maintain and grow long-term client relationships.
• Spearheaded significant client engagements.
• Ability to deliver thought leadership, such as whitepapers, seminars, or keynote addresses, to strengthen the firms market position.
• Proven capability in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Experience in creating strategies to achieve team objectives and business targets.

Experience:

• Mumbai based CAs with at least 20 years of PQE in Indirect tax domain
• At least 3 to 5 years of tenure as a Partner at a Big Four accounting firm or at a reputed Law firm
