Job Description

Job description for Singapore Companies

  • To manage all secretarial compliances of Board Meetings, AGMs, and other corporate activities including preparation, review and distribution of Notice, Agenda Items, Minutes of the meetings, Board Resolutions, and any other documents as applicable
  • To handle the drafting of legal documents /agreements/ contracts
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Compliance and advisory work relating to Companies Act, ROC and other Secretarial Compliance
  • To maintain records of all documents required for Audit and establish the right auditable procedures
  • Understanding of various and critical provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and VCC Act
  • Undertake and drive process and system improvements.
  • Updation of statutory Registers
  • Carry out all the filings with various authorities in timely manner.
  • Co-ordination with Clients and internal team
  • To maintain records of all documents required for Audit and establish the right auditable procedures.

Other Expectations:

  • 1-2 years post qualification experience for Qualified CS
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines.
  • Completed Executive level in Company Secretary
  • Good written and verbal communications skills, coupled with interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
  • Good Drafting skills
