Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle - outbound sales calls- to international clients.

- Engage with potential customers, pitch products/services, and close sales.

- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.

- Achieve - sales targets- and contribute to business growth.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

- Follow up on leads and build strong customer relationships.

- Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Requirements:-

- Experience:- 0-2 years in - International Sales/Outbound Calling- (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).

- Education:- Minimum HSC/Graduate.

- Skills:- Excellent - English communication- , persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Availability:- Comfortable with - fixed night shifts- .

- Tech-Savvy:- Basic computer knowledge & CRM familiarity is a plus.
