Job Description

We are looking for a proactive 'Lead Generation ExecutiveUS Generation' to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying potential clients and nurturing leads through various channels.


Location: Remote (India)


Work Hours: Night Shift


Duration: 6 months (contract)


Key Responsibilities:


1. Outbound Calls

  • Cold calls to introduce products/services.
  • Follow-up calls for previously contacted leads.
  • Appointment setting for detailed discussions with sales teams.

2. Lead Qualification

  • Identify key decision-makers.
  • Understand prospects' needs, challenges, and budgets.
  • Segment leads into qualified (hot), warm, and cold categories.

3. Data Management and Reporting

  • Update CRM with call outcomes and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions.
  • Track KPIs such as calls made, conversion rates, and appointment schedules.

4. Follow-Up Activities

  • Send follow-up emails or calendar invites.
  • Share additional resources as promised during the call.
  • Schedule further discussions with sales or support teams if required.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in EST time zone.
