We are looking for a Creative Supervisor / Art Supervisor with 6+ years of experience in
digital advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, expertise in
reel shoots, and AI-driven content creation, bringing fresh and engaging ideas to life
across digital platforms.
On Any Given Day, You Might:
- Develop high-impact visual content for brand campaigns, social media, and digital platforms.
- Oversee reel shoots, ensuring engaging storytelling and high-quality execution.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to enhance design and content creation.
- Ensure brand consistency while adapting creatives for different platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to craft trend-driven content that boosts engagement.
- Stay updated on digital trends and AI innovations to push creative boundaries.
- Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
The Ideal Person:
- 6+ years of experience in a digital advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite AI-powered design tools.
- Strong expertise in reel shoot planning, directing, and execution.
- A deep understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
- Excellent organizational and team collaboration skills.
You Bring:
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital storytelling and AI-driven design.
