Job Description:

As a Senior Account Manager at Blink Digital, you will be the primary custodian of project management, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns while maintaining high-quality standards. This role demands strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills, with a focus on minimizing revision rounds and adhering to legal and compliance guidelines.

On any day you might:
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external teams to minimize the rounds of revision while ensuring high-quality output.
  • Ensure all copy and visuals comply with industry-specific legal and compliance guidelines.
  • Quality check content, aligning go-live dates with the project calendar.
  • Document project status, execution, and strategy, maintaining best practices in project management.
  • Monitor and report on agency work, maintaining Job Status Reports (JSRs) and executing the calendar for respective brands.

The ideal person:
  • Excels in building and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and being responsive to their concerns.
  • Effectively oversees multiple projects and campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, meetingdeadlines, and delivering high-quality work.
  • Conveys client needs and expectations to internal teams, articulating agency strategies and campaign results to clients clearly and compellingly.
  • Is adept at identifying issues, finding solutions, and ensuring that clients concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and strategy teams.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and collaboration skills, motivating teams, managing workflows, and ensuring alignment with client objectives.

  • 5-7 years of work experience in account management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client management.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
