Job Description
Finance Executive
Join our dynamic team as a Finance Executive at Blink Digital! The Finance
Executive will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and
independently in a fast paced o ce environment.
On any given day you might:
- Generate Tax invoice and distribute invoices accurately and in a timely manner to domestic and international clients.
- Follow up and tracking on Open purchase orders, any partial on-account advance and estimates to ensure prompt payment.
- Ensure the proper track of project-wise /campaign-wise billing is done.
- Maintain the Client s onboarding forms and other KYC details required for billing.
- Co-ordinate with other team members and resolving their queries related to billing.
- Prepare estimates as required and follow up with clients to secure approvals.
- Generate report of invoice acknowledgments and ensure that all clients has received and acknowledge invoice in timely manner.
- Update billing reports of various internal teams and communicate changes to other teams.
- Upload invoices on client s portals along with supporting s and mails, and ensure that they are visible and accessible.
- Prepare monthly media agency charges reports and ensure their accuracy.
The Ideal Person Will
- Be pro cient in Tally and other accounting software.
- Possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Have the ability to manage and prioritize workloads e ectively.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to liaise with clients and team members.
- Pay attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Have experience handling both domestic and international transactions.
- Have knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or nance roles.
- A Bachelor s or Master s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related eld.
