Job Description
- Analyze project parameters as required by the company
- Assist project team in setting up projects as per company norms
- Review projects at regular intervals and report to management
- Review and approve projects
- Project approval process improvements
- Analyze and interpret contracts to determine proper invoicing requirements
- Analyze and interpret contracts to determine proper requirements & formats
- Verify the accuracy of invoice calculations.
- Create reports for the management and provide areas for attention
- Assist in other Finance related roles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required)
- Must know about billing and financial concepts.
- Works well in an environment with firm deadlines; results oriented.
- Perform multiple tasks effectively should be a team player and coordinate and be a part of building a team.
- Excellent oral and interpersonal communications skill.
- Understanding of Process notes and internal control
Qualifications
- 2 -3 years of accounting-related experience.
- MBA in Finance / M.com / B.com
