Senior UI Developer - Javascript/React.js (5-8 yrs)

Hiring for : An establised B2B SaaS company in the Identity Access Management domain.

Role : Senior UI Developer.

Experience : 5 to 8 years.

Location : Bengaluru.

Type : Hybrid (4 days WFO, 1 day WFH).

Salary : 40L range based on experience / fitment / joining.

Joining : Immediate to 30 days preferred.

Role :

Senior UI Developer will play a critical role in leading the innovation and growth of the Web UI platform for our client's next generation IAM solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design and develop user-friendly, reusable, intuitive, innovative and a feel of next-generation User Interface.

- Lead and direct UI team comprising User Experience Designers and UI Software Engineers.

- Work closely with Product Management and Usability Experts and deliver a compelling user experience.

- Be a strong advocate for user-centric research.

- Develop methodology and process for testing of User Interface.

- Recommend technology adoption, processes, software and other tools to support the business objectives pertinent to User Interface.

Must have :

- Should have 5 to 8 years of experience in design and delivery of Web UI Applications.

- Extremely strong in JavaScript with last 2 to 3 years in ReactJS development.

- Strong experience in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) of complex UI applications, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization strategies.

- Ability to design technical architecture of UI framework along with pluggable modules, demonstrating proficiency in both high-level system design and low-level implementation details.

- Should be proficient with TypeScript, RESTful services, jQuery and other frameworks like BluePrintJS, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Mixins & Bootstrap.

- Should have experience with Javascript testing frameworks like Jest (unit Tests), React-testing-library/enzyme for component testing.

- Must identify and keep abreast of the evolving and emerging UI technology trends, developments and concepts.

- Must have prior hands-on experience in delivering highly scalable client-side applications.

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with React Hooks.

- Understanding of elements of building front-end pipelines like Webpack, NPM, Semantic Versioning.

- Experience with design and development of mobile applications is a plus.
