Software Developer/Architect - Full Stack Technologies (5-10 yrs)

Job title : Software Development Architect.

Role : Full Stack Developer.

Experience : 5 to 10 Years Experience

Location : Mumbai (HYBRID).

Joining : Immediate to 15 days preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Architectural Design :

- Develop and maintain robust architectural blueprints for complex backend and frontend systems.

- Evaluate and recommend technology choices and frameworks to optimize performance and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and align technical roadmaps.

Backend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django).

- Implement and manage background task processing using Celery.

- Integrate various database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring seamless data management and retrieval.

- Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code, with a strong emphasis on multithreading and performance optimization.

Frontend Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain modern and user-friendly frontend applications using Vue, React, or Angular.

- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.

- Optimize frontend performance and ensure a seamless user experience.

Cloud Infrastructure :

- Work with cloud platforms (GCP) to deploy, monitor, and manage applications.

- Utilize Docker for containerization and ensure smooth deployment processes.

- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform or Ansible.

Team Leadership :

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver high-quality solutions.

Technical Excellence :

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

- Contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Continuously improve the efficiency and reliability of our backend and frontend systems.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and SDLC.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.

- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.

- Experience with distributed systems and scalability challenges.

- Contributions to open-source projects or communities.
