SAP Analytics Cloud Consultant - Support & Implementation (4-5 yrs)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Developer/Consultant with 4-5 years of hands-on experience to join our team in Rajnandgaon. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying impactful dashboards and reports within the SAP Analytics Cloud environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in translating business requirements into actionable insights, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions that drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Implementation:

SAC Development: Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards, stories, and analytical applications using SAP Analytics Cloud.

Data Modeling: Create and maintain robust data models within SAC, ensuring data integrity and performance.

Integration: Implement seamless integration between SAC and other SAP systems, including BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, and potentially other data sources.

Reporting & Visualization: Develop complex reports and visualizations, leveraging SAC's features to present data in a clear and insightful manner.

Performance Optimization: Optimize SAC performance through efficient data modeling, query optimization, and dashboard design.

Security & Authorization: Implement and maintain security and authorization models within SAC to ensure data confidentiality and integrity.

Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical design documents (TDDs), business understanding documents (BUDs), and other relevant documentation.

Unit Testing: Conduct thorough unit testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of SAC solutions.

Change Management: Participate in change management processes, including impact analysis and implementation of changes.

Collaboration & Communication:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for analytics solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and project managers.

Communication: Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Agile Methodology: Work within Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for continuous delivery and iterative development.

Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users on SAC functionality and best practices.

Experience & Qualifications:

SAP Analytics Cloud Expertise: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud.

SAP ERP Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP ERP systems, particularly BW/4HANA and S/4HANA, and their data structures.

Data Modeling: Proven experience in data modeling concepts and techniques.

Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience in Poultry, Agritech, FMCG, or Manufacturing industries is highly desirable.

Technical Documentation: Excellent skills in creating detailed technical documentation.

Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
