SAP FICO Technical Lead - S/4 HANA Module (6-10 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Technical Lead with extensive experience in SAP S/4 HANA to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in roll-out projects and be capable of delivering effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

- Lead and manage SAP FICO technical implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.

- Provide expert-level solutions in SAP FICO, ensuring alignment with business needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and develop SAP solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other SAP and non-SAP modules.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and business processes.

- Provide support and training to end users as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in SAP FICO with expertise in SAP S/4 HANA.

- Proven experience in SAP FICO rollouts with strong hands-on exposure.

- Strong knowledge of financial processes including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO.

- Experience in integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.

- Hands-on experience with configuration, customization, and troubleshooting in SAP FICO.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle critical issues.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Certification in SAP FICO or SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.

- Previous experience working in a C2H model or permanent staffing environment.
