Job Description
- B.E / B-Tech or any other graduate Preferred - MCSE, MCDBA, MCP, ITIL, ISO Standards etc.
- Working knowledge of Exchange related applications (Stock / Commodity / CTCL)Financial / Banking related applications.
- Knowledge of performing Start of the day & End of the dayprocesses.
- Fair understanding of applications, log analysis and providing preliminary report.
- Must have hands on system admin experience with RHEL Linux. Good knowledge of MySQL databases.
- Fair knowledge on Networking, Networking Monitoring Tools, System Event logs, application related event logs etc.
- Basic knowledge of new technology, Hardware s (IBM/HP/DELL/CISCO), Driver/Firmware/BIOS Updates from Websites.
- Basic understanding of Storage, SAN, RAID (0, 1, 5, 10) Technology, RAID Creation/Maintenance/Hot Spare, Fibre Channel etc.
- Understanding of ISO Standards and audit compliance related to QMS and ISMS certifications
- Show ownership and commitment on the tasks taken up to understand the requirement and deliver in time with internal customers. Good written and verbal communications skills and ability to Communicate /interact clearly with internal customers is a must.
- Team oriented, always ready to take up new challenges and contribute & enthusiastic to learn new things.
- To be able to perform in 24 x 6 Environment in shift roaster including night shifts. Should be willing to work independently, passion to meet aggressive timelines in a large production environment.
