MuleSoft Lead/Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 4 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network. This role requires strong language skills in English and offers a hybrid work model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity solutions to ensure seamless integration across various platforms.
• Oversee the development and deployment of MuleSoft Integration projects to enhance system interoperability.
• Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft Application Network to optimize application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the alignment of technology solutions with business objectives to drive organizational success.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
• Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in technology architecture with a focus on MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in MuleSoft Integration and MuleSoft Application Network.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Showcase strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• Have a background in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus.
• Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
