Restaurant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service, quality food preparation, and efficient inventory management.
  
• Supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance on tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness standards, and resolving customer complaints.
  
• Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through effective menu planning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by implementing proper hygiene practices and maintaining accurate records.
  
• Analyze financial performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize profitability.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-10 years of experience in hospitality industry with expertise in F&B management.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (IHM), BHM or equivalent qualification preferred.
