Job Description

Manage student enrollments by guiding prospective students through the admission process.

Conduct program briefings , explaining course details, career prospects, and benefits to students and parents.

Provide career guidance and counseling , helping students choose the right programs based on their interests and career goals.

Support digital marketing efforts , including social media promotions, lead generation, and campaign coordination.

Communicate effectively in English and Telugu to provide clear guidance and address student inquiries.

Build strong counseling and interpersonal skills to engage with students and drive enrollments.

Maintain accurate student records, follow up with leads, and ensure high conversion rates.

Requirements Skills & Qualifications:

Fluency in English and Telugu (spoken & written).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills .

Experience in student counseling, career guidance, sales, or the education industry is preferred.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media engagement.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused approach.
