Project Manager

Location: Remote

Work hours: 5.30 or 6.30 pm IST till 2.30 or 3.30 am IST

As a Project Manager, you will oversee projects from initiation to close, making sure the work gets done efficiently and satisfactorily.

1.      To work with internal stakeholders and delivery teams (Development and QA) in developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, and assigning team members to specific tasks

2.      Should be able to use WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) the project into tasks and subtasks, setting an appropriate schedule for the development of certain deliverables, Defining milestones, and Highlighting the project dependencies

3.      Track roadblocks, solutions, target dates to resolution to help the team

4.      Follow the escalation path whenever the team has impediments and help the team to clear them for the timely delivery of the milestones

5.      Manage and coordinate teams timelines, priorities (set by the Product team), and achieving their commitment with the help of Engineering managers and Scrum Masters

6.      Weekly status meeting with stakeholders and Program Manager to communicate the status, risks, and challenges in the project

7.      Send weekly status reports to all internal stakeholders

8.      Ensure documentation to maintain a record of what has been done in the project, who has

been involved in it and to ensure that the project satisfies all the project requirements

9.      Preferred knowledge in JIRA and Confluence

Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline).

2.      Overall experience 10-12 years in the IT industry.

3.      Proven experience as a Project Manager for at least 3 years.

4.      Strong communication skills.

5.      Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

6.      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7.      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8.      Familiarity with project management software and tools.

9.      Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.

10.  Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus, not required.
