Java Microservices Architect - Solution Design (13-20 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Java Microservices Architect with a proven track record of designing and delivering robust and scalable solutions.

This role focuses primarily on architectural design and requires deep expertise in microservices architecture, AWS cloud solutions, and messaging systems like Kafka.

While hands-on coding is not the primary focus, a strong understanding of backend development principles is essential.

Responsibilities :

- Design and architect robust and scalable microservices architectures using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.

- Design and implement solutions on the AWS cloud platform, leveraging relevant services.

- Design and integrate messaging systems using Kafka.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation of designs.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Proactively identify and resolve architectural challenges.

Required Skills :

- Extensive experience (13+ years) in designing and architecting complex systems.

-Deep understanding of microservices architecture principles and best practices.

- Proven ability to independently own and deliver design solutions.

- Strong expertise in designing robust and scalable microservices architectures with cloud-based solutions (AWS).

- A strong understanding of Java and the JVM ecosystem, along with expertise in Spring Boot and Kafka.

- Sound understanding of backend development principles and architecture scalability.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with specific AWS services relevant to microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with API design and development.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
