Job Description :

1. Monitoring Pos and e-com disputes for zero losses for the company and Merchant

2. Following up with merchant through call, mails WhatsApp on timely manner as per card network TAT

3. Ensuring timely and efficient action on disputes to gain confidence of merchant in chargebacks which is otherwise being taken negatively

4. Research incoming and outgoing documentation to ensure it is in compliance with card network guideline

5. Ensure accurate and appropriate responses to disputes escalated mails

6. Monitor disputed transactions for possible fraudulent activity
