Accounts Operations Manager

Well versed with operational systems and processes while looking for opportunities of improvement and innovation. Key responsibilities include -

1. Reviewing and Ensuring Accounting in Tally Prime, Zoho, Quick Books and other accounting software
2. Inventory Management
3. Bank Reconciliation.
4. Preparing and review of MIS Report on Weekly/Monthly Basis.
5. Preparation, review & Submission of Quarterly TDS Return
6. Reviewing and Ensuring Filing of GSTR-1, 3B, 9, 9C and other return filings
7. Finalization of P&L and Balance Sheet
8. Reviewing and Ensuring Ledger Reconciliation.
9. Preparation & Submission of Income Tax Returns
10. Coordinate With External Stakeholders
11. Should have sound knowledge and understanding of financial statements.

Business Bent of Mind
Proficient in advanced MS Excel and utility tools like Google Forms etc
Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are preferred.
