Operations Manager - Accounting & Taxation

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company dedicated to maintaining robust financial systems. Our operations span accounting, taxation, and compliance. We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial activities, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all processes.

1. Accounting and Financial Management:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Maintain records for audits and internal reviews.
2. Taxation Compliance (GST and TDS):
Oversee GST compliance, including filing monthly, quarterly, and annual returns.
Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filings.
Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure the company remains compliant.
3. Payroll and Employee Compliance:
Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory deductions (e.g., PF, ESI).
Assist in the preparation and submission of employee-related tax documents.
4. Budgeting and Reporting:
Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management.
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
5. Audit and Compliance:
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for statutory and tax audits.
Identify and implement measures to improve financial and compliance processes.
6. Stakeholder Communication:
Collaborate with external consultants, tax advisors, and government authorities.
Provide regular updates to management on financial and compliance matters.
