SAP CX / C4C Consultant

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP CX Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions and be capable of guiding clients through the process of designing, implementing, and optimizing their SAP CX systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of SAP CX solutions, improving customer engagement, and driving digital transformation across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP CX (Customer Experience) solutions, including SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored SAP CX solutions that drive business value.
• Support clients in configuring and customizing SAP CX modules based on their specific business processes.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure the effective adoption of SAP CX solutions.
• Provide expert advice on best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to improve client CX strategies.
• Integrate SAP CX solutions with other SAP and third-party systems to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with project planning, timelines, and resource management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP CX applications.
• Maintain and update knowledge of SAP product offerings, enhancements, and industry innovations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and project managers.
