US Analyst Talent Sourcing

Job Synopsys:

The Analyst Talent Sourcing will be a key team member within the broader Talent Acquisition team (US) here at MSH. In order to continue competing with the best we need to ensure that we are always sourcing and recruiting the most qualified candidates available in the US market. Once we have identified the right talent, we want to ensure that they move through the MSH recruiting lifecycle in the most effective and efficient manner possible. The Sourcing Analyst will be the key to this experience as they will be the person sourcing, building pipelines and researching skillsets/companies/locations salaries and more. Responsibilities include understanding the talent market, building sourcing strategies and slates in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team. A strong level of comfort with various marketing and social media mediums will be a big plus as you will be required to utilize these tools to source.

Responsibilities:

• Works closely with US Talent Acquisition to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals as well as pipelines for ongoing/upcoming searches.
• Manage multiple tasks supporting more than one recruiter at one time.
• Getting on daily calls with US recruiter.
• Continuously expands networks to generate lists of possible candidates through job boards, ATS, websites, blogs, etc.
• Monitors, tracks and logs talent community network and source sites for various outreach programs.
• Sources passive candidates through extensive generation research, relationship building, complex internet searches, and existing talent pool database searching.
• Provide ongoing feedback to recruitment team on the marketplace to keep managers informed about realistic expectations.
• Works with the Talent Acquisition team to define, develop and drive research processes, data collection, and technologies associated with the candidate generation function.
• Monitors trends and developments in sourcing tools and technologies.
• Utilizes social media and networking platforms for sourcing.
• Participate in the execution and coordination of Executive hiring.

Required Technical & Behavioral Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work with a remote team across geographies.
• A demonstrable passion for recruiting, across tech and non tech.
• Building and maintaining a research-based sourcing mindset.
• Ability to manage relationships at all levels, lead, manager, senior leadership.
• Comfortable with Boolean Searches.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), LinkedIn and other job boards.
