What we do?
- Sales is responsible for engaging with both new and existing customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products, services, and solutions.
- The role involves developing and presenting sales strategies to prospects and customers effectively.
- Key responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, qualifying leads, building and managing an opportunity pipeline, fostering strong relationships, and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.
- Additionally, the role encompasses designing, developing, and implementing sales programs to achieve business objectives.
What will you do?
- Identify potential customers to position msg global products and services, achieving product and service sales quotas across various solution verticals and geographies in Asia.
- Open doors to potential new customers and schedule pre-sales activities.
- Build, maintain, and improve relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Qualify customer needs and determine how we can add value to them.
- Work closely with SAP and other partners to develop business opportunities.
- Specifically, support and, where necessary, drive SAP sales to conclude software deals while ensuring that msg global secures a share of the service deals.
- Plan and coordinate sales activities in collaboration with pre-sales teams, targeting both product and service sales for the company.
- Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
- Prepare RFI and RFP responses, as well as bids for tenders.
- Follow up after contract signature, acting as the voice of the customer and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Create and implement a sales plan aligned with business objectives, targeting key accounts, industries, and geographies to maximize revenue opportunities for both products and services.
What experiences you should have?
- Positive attitude, high motivation, innovative thinking, and a passion for creating value for customers.
- A minimum of 10 years of work experience in selling IT services and/or software.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of industries such as insurance, retail, consumer goods, transportation, and energy.
- Experience with SAP and/or analytics solutions would be an advantage.
- Proven communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to maintain a solid network and strong relationships.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Preferably a university degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related field.
