Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Lead Visual Designer with extensive experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in script-to-video conversion (including motion graphics), flyer, PowerPoint (PPT), and poster design, as well as the ability to lead photoshoots and capture high-quality images for events and other internal activities. In addition, expertise in InDesign for magazine and publication design is a must. As the Lead, you will take charge of creative direction and execution across multiple mediums, ensuring all visual assets align with the brand's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the creation of motion graphic designs, animations, and video content from scripts.

- Utilize software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and others to produce engaging video content.

- Collaborate with content teams to ensure that videos effectively communicate messages in line with brand objectives.

- Oversee the design of flyers, posters, and promotional materials that support marketing campaigns.

- Lead the creation of visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.

- Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key information.

- Capture high-quality photographs during events, photoshoots, and other company activities.

- Plan and execute photoshoots, ensuring images align with campaign goals and branding standards.

- Handle post-production editing, including image enhancement, retouching, and integrating graphic elements when needed.

- Lead and mentor a team of designers providing creative direction and ensuring high-quality output.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product) to meet project requirements and timelines.

- Provide creative insights, suggestions, and strategic ideas in team brainstorming sessions.

- Manage multiple design and photography projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress, feedback, and changes.

- Design magazine layouts and other print publications using Adobe InDesign.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in graphic design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia Arts, Photography, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of video editing, motion design, and visual storytelling.

- Expertise in photography, particularly for events and product shoots.

- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, video editing, photography, and traditional graphic design (flyers, posters, PPTs, etc.).

- Proven experience in InDesign for magazine and print publication design.

- Excellent communication, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with 3D design or CG.

- Familiarity with video captioning and subtitling software.

- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
