Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Design Lead - Learning to lead the design and delivery of visually impactful learning solutions. In this role, you will oversee a team of designers to create compelling graphics, animations, and layouts that elevate learning experiences.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual design process for eLearning courses, presentations, and training materials.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to deliver visually engaging content.
- Develop and enforce design guidelines and standards for consistent branding.
- Oversee a team of graphic designers, animators, and multimedia specialists.
- Stay updated on design trends and tools to enhance creativity and innovation.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in eLearning or corporate training.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and learning design.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications. Annual performance-based appraisals.
