Job Description
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Assist & maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure.
-Perform troubleshooting of Network issues, open TAC case and do the follow-up to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
-Install,Configure and Troubleshoot Linux Servers(Cent-OS and Debian)
- Troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge on Operating Systems(Windows and Linux)
- Carry out the configuration of Cisco Routing and Switching equipment's.
- Perform Service Requests based on Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform System Maintenance
- Monitor IT infrastructure and System Performance using Nagios monitoring tool.
- Provide Technical Support and Guidance
- Maximize network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages.
