IT Infrastructure Executive

MSAF seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to design, implement, manage, and maintain the factory/plant IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.

Base Location : Plant at chetla gouraram (Medchal)

Reporting : Sr. Manager

Salary : Rs3LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Infrastructure Management

• Design, deploy, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks & storage.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.

2. Networking & Security

• Configure and manage network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
• Implement and maintain security protocols, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM solutions, and Zero Trust architecture.

3. Server & Storage Management

• Maintain Windows and Linux servers, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Manage storage solutions (SAN, NAS) and backup/recovery systems.
• Ensure system patching, updates, and disaster recovery strategies are in place.

4. IT Service Management & Support

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support to resolve IT issues.
• Follow ITIL framework for incident, problem, and change management.
• Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and IT asset inventory.
