Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Associate with 5+ years of experience as HR into US Staffing to join our team and contribute to our staffing operations. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process, help coordinate interviews, support onboarding, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Job Posting & Sourcing Post job openings on various job boards, company career sites, and social media. Actively source potential candidates using job boards and resume databases (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed). Assist in screening resumes and identifying qualified candidates. Candidate Screening & Interview Coordination Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Send interview reminders and follow-up communications. Onboarding & New Hire Support Support onboarding processes, including paperwork and background checks. Assist in organizing and conducting new hire orientation. Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Assist in preparing and managing employee files and HR documentation. Employee Relations Support Respond to general employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. Address routine HR-related issues and escalate more complex concerns to senior HR staff. Process Improvement Identify areas for improvement in recruitment and onboarding processes. Provide feedback and suggestions to streamline HR functions and enhance candidate experience.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree. 5+ years of experience in HR (US Process) Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members. Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment best practices. Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Preferred Skills: Previous experience in recruitment or HR (US Process). Knowledge of US labor laws and hiring compliance. Experience with social media and online sourcing strategies.
