Role & responsibilities

Ensure effective implementation of Environment, Health and Safety Systems and Procedures - Ensure accidents, near-miss, environmental spills and property damage are reported -

Play key role in Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment, Aspect & Impact Analysis -

Carry out Safety Induction Training -

Carry out inspections to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions -

Organize / Conduct Environment, Health and Safety Trainings -

Coordinate Safety Committee Meeting and prepare Minutes of Meeting - Organize campaigns like National Safety Day, World Environment Day and Fire Services Day -

Conduct Incident investigation along with the respective departments -

Arrange mandated testing / evaluation of workplace by external agencies -

Conduct mock drills to manage emergency situations -

Oversee the Project Safety aspects and ensure contractors adhere to Safety requirement

Preferred candidate profile

This candidate need to take care of plants, R&D center and other offices of the company. Looking for candidates with chemical industry experience
