Safety Manager

Position: Manager/Sr Manager PQA & QEHS

Required Qualification & Certification: PG Diploma/Advance Diploma In Safety

Experience: 10-15 Years

Location: Noida

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Lead auditor in ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & iso 45001:2018 and awareness on ISO 3834-2:2021. - Essential
• Experienced in managing and implementing of Quality, environment, health and safety Management Systems Essential
• Quality environment, health and safety qualification from an accredited body or through experience Essential
• NEBOSH or similar qualification in safety, management Desirable

Statement of Job Responsibilities

• To cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist the leadership team to develop, manage and monitor the QHSE performance of the company.
• Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements, Company and contractual requirements and good industry practice.
• Responsible for Company’s QHSE processes and procedures to ensure the Company maintains its accreditations (ISO9001-2015, ISO14001-2015, iso 45001:2018, etc.
• Responsible for management of and liaison with QHSE auditors to acquire/maintain Company’s accreditations.
• Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and assisting implementing improvements.
• Manage and monitor emergency procedures, signage, PPE, OSH control etc.
• Conduct QHSE training courses using internal and external resources when required.
• Maintain awareness of evolving industry QHSE regulations and best practice and how they could be applied to the Company’s operations.
• Offer QHSE consultancy to the Company’s subsidiaries and affiliates when required.
