*Job Title: Accounts Manager*
*Location:* Kolkata (Work from Office Only)
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented *Accounts Manager* to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for numbers and a solid background in accounting, we want to hear from you!
### *Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho Books (experience with Zoho Books is a bonus).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
### *Qualifications:*
- Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or CA dropout.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; experience with Zoho Books is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
