Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and own the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with the company s overall strategy and goals.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, understand industry trends, and gather insights to identify opportunities for product differentiation and growth.
• Customer Focus: Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their pain points, needs, and desired outcomes. Use this feedback to prioritize product features and enhancements.
• Product Development: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and UX teams to drive product development from concept through launch. Ensure timely delivery by managing dependencies and mitigating risks.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop launch strategies, positioning, and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
• Metrics and Analytics: Define success metrics, track product performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior product managers, foster a culture of collaboration, and lead by example in advocating for product excellence.
