Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Legal Professional with Atleast 5-10 years of experience, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in, 70% Drafting, 20% Other Process Implementation and max 10% litigation. Sharing the detailed JD again with % allocation.

70%:

1. Reviewing of all types of client/vendor agreements. 2. 3. RPF vetting and netting 4. Negotiating legal aspects of contract with clients and customers by risk mitigation

20%:

1. Implementing Legal Policies and procedure of the organization. 2. Managing and approving compliances on compliance tool 3. Legal Opinion/Advising Management/HR Department and other business verticals on day to day basis for all queries and concerns. 4. Making and implementation of Approval Matrix, Standardization of Templates

5. Renewal of insurance policies for MPS group, Managing the policies. 6. Negotiating for quotes 7. Tracking all IPR of MPS Group companies , Monthly Check of IPR, Filling Objection under IPR and Filling of New application

10%:

Employment and other Corporate Litigation related matters
