BMC Remedy Developer

Location : Pune/Remote

Experience : 4-6 Years

Required :

- Relevant IT experience of 4-6 years in BMC Remedy (9.x) development and BMC Helix Setup and Admin

- Must have skills- Remedy and ITSM development, ARS, CMDB, ADDM, SQL Server 2014

- Added advantage to have CMDB expertise

- Development experience in ITSM modules like change incident problem, work order, SRM, SLM

- Good to have hands on atrium core, comprehensive experience on Action request system

- Added advantage to have C#, Asp.net, Powershell skills

- Experience in Production Support (L2 support) and enhancement

- Good to have ITIL certification

- Strong in OOPS concept, designing and providing technical solutions

- Should be able to gather requirements from customer and deliver independently

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- Migrate from Remedy (on-prem) to Helix (SaaS)

- Address Remedy / Helix Support Issues in a timely and efficient manner

- Proactively identify problem areas and suggest solutions

- Troubleshoot bugs in custom development
