Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for handling end to end activities of Mpokket Strategic Partnerships
• Must have ability to plan, negotiate, and build a long-lasting relationship with key partners and potential partners.
• Experience in deal closing, executing partnerships, and cultivating these partnerships to ensure we take full advantage of these partnerships. Prior experience in B2B sales is a strong advantage.
• Solution driven and ability to manage multiple tasks by prioritizing.
• Strong people/stakeholder management. This role requires deep linkages throughout the organization and partner ecosystem
• Ability to have an analytical bent of mind to analyze, improve, and implement new & existing processes from scratch.
• Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as most of the discussions would involve CXO &senior management level brass.
• Developing and maintaining metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.
• Demonstrated flexibility and agility to learn a new industry/domain.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, including competitor analysis and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, fostering a collaborative and mutually beneficial environment.
• Monitor and assess the performance of strategic partnerships, regularly reporting on key performance indicators and ROI.
• Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Good have technical knowledge (API Integrations (Fintech) related to Marketing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Extensive experience in Brand and Corporates with a focus on strategic partnerships and business development.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of all Marketing tools and platforms
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
