Mechanical Design Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong background in the design of mechanical components and the development of machines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of our engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative concept designs for new projects, focusing on feasibility and performance.
Select mechanical components using advanced engineering calculations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Determine the most appropriate manufacturing processes for components, balancing quality, cost, and production timelines.
Lead machine development projects, including the design and assembly of machinery.
Design high-performance mechanical components with in-depth knowledge of material properties and behaviors.
Utilize Creo and other 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, or AutoCAD to create detailed models and drawings.
Work with precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate production.
Build complex machines incorporating pneumatics, servos, hydraulics, robotics, actuators, and more.
Apply advanced knowledge of GD&T, gears/gearboxes, linear bearings, and bushings to create high-precision designs.
Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience in a Mechanical Design Engineer role or a related field.
Expertise in CAD software (preferably Creo Parametric).
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Ability to work both independently and in collaborative team environments.
Willingness to learn and stay updated on new technologies and processes.
Extensive experience with GD&T, gears, linear bearings, and bushings, and strong proficiency in conceptual design and manufacturing process selection.
Recruitment Process:

Engineering Knowledge Test: A more comprehensive test focusing on engineering knowledge and problem-solving will be conducted a few weeks later.
