QA Automation - Bangalore

We are looking for a skilled 4+years experience QA Engineer with a strong background in networking and performance testing to join our SDWAN product team. The successful candidate will have experience in Python automation and working with Jenkins, Basics of Perl, Openstack, AWS cloud, CI/CD pipeline.

Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with Python automation and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Openstack, and AWS cloud
• Has basics/Debugging understanding of Perl
• Experience in Unix Platform and Unix commands, shell scripting etc.
• Experience in Windows CMD/PowerShell/Cygwin tools
• Understands Git
• Experience with networking technologies such as TCP/IP, HTTP, ISCI, DNS, and VPN
• Knowledge of Linux-based operating systems and virtualization technologies
• Basic understanding about pytest framework and docker containers

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to define test plans and test cases for SDWAN product features
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Python automation framework and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Openstack, and AWS cloud
• Analyze and report on performance test results and identify areas for improvement
• Work with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and support teams, to ensure the product meets high-quality standards.
• Participate in product release activities, including testing and documentation
• Continuously improve the QA process by evaluating and implementing new testing methodologies and tools
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other members of the QA team
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the product development process

Process Skills:

• Capable of analyzing requirements and test/develop software as per standard process.
• Ability to work in agile methodology following organization standard work processes.
• Maintain quality work process standards.
