Natural Language Processing Developer

Skillset - Must have :

• Strong proficiency in Natural programming language: Deep understanding of Natural syntax, semantics, and best practices.
• Mainframe systems: Experience working with mainframe platforms and environments.
• Experience with modernization tools and frameworks: Familiarity with legacy modernization solutions.
• Knowledge of data migration techniques: Understanding of how to migrate data from legacy systems to modern platforms.
• Potential to create reusable libraries
• CI/CD: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities:

• Code Analysis: Analyze existing Natural code to understand its structure, logic, and dependencies. And also guide the tool development team to build the logic to relearn from legacy applications written in Natural.
• Code Refactoring: Identify opportunities to improve code quality, readability, and maintainability through refactoring techniques.
• Validation and verification Help the team to validate and verify the relearnt insights from Legacy applications for accuracy and context.
• Modernization: Convert Natural code to modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) while preserving its functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including architects, developers, Data Scientists, Product manager, testers, other SMEs to ensure successful modernization projects.

Skillset – Good to have :

• Modernization experience: Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python).
• Cloud computing experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in modernizing legacy applications, including code analysis, refactoring, and migration to modern languages.
• AI and Machine Learning: Basic understanding of AI concepts and how they can be applied to code generation.
• Assist in maintaining code quality, structure, and automation.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working in a DevOps environment.

Educational qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree)

Process skills:

• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.
• Understanding of General SDLC processes
• Understanding of utilizing Agile and Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
